No technical skills required
The platform does not require any technical knowledge. The web interface is designed to be intuitive and easy to use for users with less ease with digital technologies.
Security and File Encryption
All the files shared on the platform are encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm, the most robust algorithm available and the one selected as standard by the US Government (NIST) and Canada (CSE).
No software installation
The Securefiles platform does not require any specialized software installation. All exchanges are done through a standard web browser.
Microsoft Outlook 2016 and OWA Integration
An Outlook plugin is available to users who wish to use the file exchange platform directly from their Microsoft Outlook client.
Bidirectional file exchange
The platform allows users to send and receive files from external parties, without requiring the creation of a user account or the exchange of cryptographic keys.
Microsoft Office 365 SSO Support
The platform integrates seamlessly with your Microsoft Office 365 environment using the Microsoft Office 365 native Single Sign-on (SSO) authentication support.
Automatic file expiration and deletion
The platform allows you to configure an automatic file expiration times. The files will be deleted from the platform once the deadline has been reached. You can also manually delete or revoke recipients.
Adapts to the image of your organization
It is possible to customize the platform to reflect the corporate image of your organization by using a specific domain name (eg: secure.company.com) as well as the organization's logo.
