Vumetric is pleased to announce that we have received a 3 year contract authorisation from the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) that will enable us to reach contractual agreements with public sector agencies such as ministries, Crown corporations and municipalities.
This provision stems from laws intended to protect the integrity of contracts in the public sector. Commonly known as Loi n° 1, this regulation validates the integrity of Quebec businesses before they can bid on public contracts. Under this law, businesses engaged in the government and public contract bidding process must first seek authorisation from the AMF.
This ratification is a confirmation of the extremely high standards of ethical integrity, accountability and quality to which Vumetric is committed when engaging in Quebec government contracts.
